Jet Fuel Coffee opened its doors on Front Street with a simple conviction: that a great cup of coffee should do more than wake you up — it should make you want to stay.

We source single-origin beans roasted to order, pull shots with the patience they deserve, and bake our pastries in-house every morning. But the coffee is only half of it. The other half is the space — sunlit, unhurried, and open to anyone who walks through the door.
